The hotel was beautifully kept and comfortable, I appreciated its attentive staff. The pool was clean, good hot breakfasts. The location was peaceful and marvellous, short walk to the train station going into Chicago and restaurants and shopping and Raging waves water park and easily accessible. It also was near everything the area has to offer.

The staff was helpful, especially the gentleman at the front desk and the cleaning guy by the pool. They were polite and went out of their way to assist us. the room had a comfy bed, a big TV, and electric, room-darkening curtains. the internet worked well, and we were even able to check in early. It was a good location for us, and we appreciated the extra towels provided by the pool staff.

Some guests were loud and disruptive, leading to a noisy environment and a lack of towels in the pool area. the front desk lady was rude to my children, and there were cleanliness issues in the bathroom.
